About the role
Deliver exceptional customer service for Assured Automotive through phone, email, and in-person interactions while supporting collision repair administration.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will manage customer and insurance partner relationships for a repair facility. Schedule vehicle repairs, process assignments, prepare documentation, and record communications using ASE. The position requires effective communication, accuracy, and strong knowledge of Google platform and Microsoft Office.
Use customer service, administrative support, and automotive communication skills to support Assured Automotive repair operations and customers.
