Deliver exceptional automotive customer service at Assured Automotive through in-person, phone, and email communication. Coordinate repair appointments and insurance assignments.
As a Customer Service Representative with Assured Automotive, you will support customers, insurance partners, and the repair facility team. The work includes appointment scheduling, documentation, rental information, and communication tracking. You will use repair management systems, ASE, Google platform, and Microsoft Office while applying the WOW Operating Way.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly service in person, by phone, and email
- Schedule vehicle repair appointments using the repair management system
- Process insurance assignments promptly and accurately
- Prepare repair orders with proper documentation
- Record customer and insurance communications using ASE
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- At least one year of customer service experience
- Automotive industry experience is ideally preferred
- Strong Google platform and Microsoft Office knowledge
- Valid driver’s license required
