About the role
Enterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible, dedicated person to join our team as a Full-Time Automotive Detailer. This position is located at 4542 LAKELSE AVE TERRACE, BC V8G 1P8.
We are dedicated to upholding the highest cleanliness standards in the industry. As an Auto Detailer and Car Washer, you will lead our commitment to exceptional cleaning practices, exceeding standard protocols to ensure the health and safety of everyone.
You will be responsible for washing, cleaning, sanitizing, inspecting, and preparing a variety of vehicles, ensuring they meet our high cleanliness and safety standards for customer rentals.
Enterprise Mobility owns and operates the Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental, and Alamo Rent A Car brands via an integrated global network of independent regional subsidiaries. The company provides car rental, carsharing, truck rental, fleet management, retail car sales, travel management, and other transportation services.

Responsibilities
- Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interiors according to industry-standard protocols
- Wash, clean, and dry vehicle exteriors, including cars, vans, and trucks
- Check fuel level and warning lights; inspect windshield for damage; factory reset vehicle settings to clear prior customer data
- Check for customer items and place valuables in Lost & Found
- Verify registration is present, current, and matches license plate
- Check fluid levels and add as needed; inspect tire condition, pressure, and tread depth; inspect vehicle exterior for damage
- Fuel and stage vehicle
- Inspect vehicle for safety concerns; report warning lights or damage; pull vehicles from prep process as needed
- Maintain a clean, orderly work area; report unsafe or hazardous conditions
- Operate tools such as carpet shampoo machines or air purifiers to eliminate stains, pet hair, and odors
- Assist customers when needed; may transport customers to and from branches
- Help maintain site appearance including cleaning interior and exteriors of branch locations
- Clean desktops, countertops, phones, floors, trash, bathrooms; vacuum and sweep lots; perform other daily cleanliness tasks
- Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training, and goal setting
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Valid British Columbia Class 7 or Class 5 driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years
- No drug or alcohol-related convictions on driving record in past 5 years
- Authorized to work in Canada without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
- Able to lift 25 pounds to assist customers
- Able to work the following schedule (apart from religious observations):
- Monday 9:00am-6:00pm
- Wednesday 10:00am - 7:00pm
- Friday 10:00am - 7:00pm
- Saturday 10:00am - 7:00pm
- Sunday 10:00am - 7:00pm
