Job Description
Elite Auto Collision Ltd is seeking an Automotive Glass Technician for a permanent, full-time position in North York, ON, working 30 hours per week at $37.00 hourly. The role requires work to be completed on-site (no remote work). The technician will repair or replace damaged windows, windshields, and sunroofs, adjust, repair or replace automotive system parts, inspect and test electronic equipment, calibrate and maintain equipment, test systems for leaks, and repair upholstery related to vehicle glass installation.

Responsibilities
- Repair or replace damaged windows, windshields, and sunroofs
- Adjust, repair or replace automotive parts and components
- Remove and replace defective parts
- Inspect and test electronic equipment and assemblies
- Calibrate and perform routine maintenance on equipment
- Test systems for leaks using testing equipment
- Repair upholstery related to window replacements
Requirements
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 2 to less than 3 years of relevant experience
- Physically demanding role in a fast-paced environment
- Personal qualities: accuracy, client focus, flexibility, initiative, reliability, team player
- Must be a permanent resident of Canada or a temporary resident with a valid work permit
