Key Qualifications:
- 3-5 years in customer service with a passion for excellence.
- Experience in inbound contact centers preferred.
- Fluent in English and French; both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle tight deadlines while delivering quality service.
- Technical skills within predefined systems and structures.
- College or University Degree an asset.
