Responsibilities
- Guide & Consult: Act as a trusted advisor to help customers discover the right Hyundai vehicle based on their needs, lifestyle, and budget.
- Deliver the Experience: Present vehicle features, accompany clients on exciting test drives, and facilitate trade-in evaluations.
- Structure Deals: Present clear financing options and work closely with management to secure vehicle sales.
- Build Lasting Relationships: Manage customer deliveries, perform follow-ups, and build repeat business through outstanding customer service.
- Stay Ahead: Maintain strong product knowledge of Hyundai's lineup (including EV and hybrid tech) and industry trends.
Requirements
- Licensed & Ready: Unrestricted OMVIC license and valid Ontario Driver's License (with a clean driving record).
- Customer-First Mindset: High energy, empathy, and strong communication skills.
- Growth Motivated: A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and embraces continuous training and feedback.
