This Sales Consultant role generates new and pre-owned vehicle sales while supporting customers throughout the complete sales process. You will present suitable options, achieve sales and gross profit targets, maintain accurate records, and build lasting relationships. Responsibilities
- Sell or lease new and pre-owned vehicles
- Guide customers from initial contact through final delivery
- Maintain customer databases, files, notes, and follow-ups
- Inspect vehicles two hours before scheduled delivery
- Maintain knowledge of brands, models, and aftermarket products
Requirements
- Minimum three years of related automobile sales experience
- Excellent verbal, written, and telephone communication skills
- Strong customer service, negotiation, and listening abilities
- Computer literacy; CDK and One-Eighty experience is an asset
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract
