Lead automotive sales growth across the GTA with NAPA through team development, strategic planning, and customer relationship management. This regular full-time position requires regional travel.
About the role
As Sales Manager, you will support NAPA’s dedicated sales team in achieving annual targets and sales quotas. You will recruit, train, coach, evaluate, and motivate team members while coordinating programs, promotions, launches, and training. The position suits professionals with progressive sales experience and strategic business planning capability.
Location: Toronto, Ontario.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, develop, evaluate, train, and motivate sales team members
- Coordinate programs, promotions, product launches, and training programs
- Visit major customers with sales development specialists
- Coordinate annual sales plans and individual sales priorities
- Monitor weekly reports and supplier performance levels
- Bring automotive sales leadership, strategic planning, and team development expertise to NAPA’s GTA sales organization.
Requirements
- Minimum five years of progressive sales experience
