The Role
As an Automotive Service Advisor, you'll manage customer relationships from start to finish, translating technical information into clear language, writing repair orders, providing accurate quotes, and ensuring vehicles are returned better than before. We value integrity — no upselling unnecessary services.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience with European vehicles (Audi, BMW, Mercedes, Porsche, VW, Volvo)
- Ability to communicate technical findings simply
- Comfortable quoting and closing sales without pressure
- Valid Ontario driver's license
- Experience with shop management software is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
A base salary starting at $50,000 CAD plus commission (1% of total shop labour + 2-5% of gross profit you generate). Enjoy a higher guaranteed base than many dealer plans, with no dealer politics or forced sales menus. Benefits include paid time off and company events.
Schedule
Monday-Friday 8am-6pm, Saturdays 9am-2pm on rotation. Experience varied work including mechanical, collision, fleet, and truck services.
