Motor Werke has been serving the Okanagan since 2009, specializing in European and import vehicle service and repair. With 14 service bays and a team of 20+ talented people (and dogs), we’re far from your typical automotive shop. We’re focused on transparent communication, exceptional service, quality workmanship, and genuine care for our clients. The position

As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the primary connection between our clients and technical team. You’ll help clients understand their vehicle’s needs, translate technical information into clear recommendations, and coordinate with our Technicians and Parts Advisors to keep work moving smoothly.

Your day will include greeting clients, answering phones, communicating by text and email, reviewing estimates and recommendations, coordinating appointments, and working directly with Technicians to navigate repairs and unexpected situations. In short, you’ll help bring every part of the shop together and deliver a professional, personal experience to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Build client relationships: Get to know our returning clients, understand their needs and preferences, and make every visit feel personal and welcoming.
• Provide exceptional service: Clearly explain recommendations, costs, timelines, and service options while helping clients make informed decisions.
• Recommend and prioritize service: Work with the technical team to prioritize repairs and maintenance based on urgency, budget, and client needs.
• Coordinate appointments: Work closely with Technicians and Parts Advisors to manage scheduling and keep the shop running efficiently.
• Keep clients informed: Provide timely updates, communicate changes or delays, and obtain approvals as work progresses.
• Solve problems: Navigate the unexpected with professionalism and a solution-focused mindset while helping ensure a positive outcome for the client.

Requirements

• A valid Class 7 or 5 driver’s license is mandatory.
• 2+ years experience in a customer service role is required.
• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role within the automotive industry is preferred.
• Strong phone and written communication skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• A genuine commitment to exceptional customer service.
• Confidence handling challenging situations and solving problems.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Comfortable using computers, scheduling software, and digital communication tools.

Benefits

Compensation: $50,000 - $65,000 per year, plus bonus opportunities. Compensation will be based on experience, skills and qualifications.

Preferred start date of December 2026 or January 2027, with flexibility for the right candidate.
