Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Provide a VIP service experience from drop-off to pickup.
- Stay up to date on the latest models, features, and industry trends.
- Achieve and exceed monthly service and CSI targets.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an automotive service capacity; premium luxury experience is an asset.
- Passion for premium vehicles and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and goal-oriented mindset.
