About the role
Use tire and mechanical service knowledge to advise customers at Fountain Tire Terrace. Build accurate quotes, bookings, and sales through regular day shifts.
This Service Writer position supports an established automotive repair shop through customer communication and service coordination. You will identify customer needs, recommend passenger, light truck, specialty tire, wheel, and mechanical services. Duties include communicating bookings to technicians, obtaining authorization, processing computer information, and following up on satisfaction.
