Responsibilities
- Diagnose malfunctions in customer vehicles
- Perform accurate and efficient repairs
- Complete approved service on customer vehicles
- Test and adjust vehicle systems to manufacturer's performance specifications
- Perform scheduled maintenance such as oil changes, lubrications, and tune-ups
- Advise customers and associates on work performed, vehicle condition, and future repair needs
- Maintain mechanical service equipment regularly
- Operate company and customer vehicles cleanly and safely
- Support customer relationships by responding to inquiries
Requirements
- Licensed in the Automotive Service Technician trade
- Willingness to work every other weekend
- Strong automotive industry knowledge and mechanical service skills
- Diagnostic specialist familiar with modern technology
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Commitment to superior customer experience
- Ability to maintain a valid driver's license and provide a satisfactory driver's abstract annually from province of residence
