Excel Honda is looking for an Automotive Sales BDC Agent!
Job Description:
- Answer incoming phone calls and online inquiries.
- Record customer details and comments in your system.
- Schedule appointments and follow up with all customers who “did not show up.”
- Follow up on incoming customer leads from various channels: website, automotive websites, emails, texts, calls, Honda leads, and customer database.
- Communicate fluently with customers in English and French by phone, text, and email, sharing photos and product information.
- Maintain thorough, up-to-date knowledge of our products.
- Welcome customers and treat everyone with courtesy and respect.
- Follow all company policies and procedures. Ensure customers are satisfied with our service.
- Make sure potential customers are aware of all promotions.
- Help with various other tasks at the dealership.
Qualifications:
- Communication: Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written.
- Analytical skills: Ability to identify the needs behind a simple question.
- Attention to detail: Strong organizational skills for managing follow-ups and reports.
- Proactivity: You don’t wait for the phone to ring—you reach out to customers!
