You are more than a manager

You embody leadership on the ground

  • You take overall leadership of the branch by establishing a clear vision, mobilizing your team, and ensuring a healthy, safe, and high-performing work environment.
  • You represent the culture and values of the company in the field, fostering collaboration, rigor, and respect in your decisions and management style.
  • You oversee all branch activities: operations, customer service, sales, administration, and team management, to ensure cohesive execution and quality customer experience.
  • You optimize the branch's operational and financial performance by analyzing results, identifying improvement levers, and implementing concrete action plans.
  • You support, coach, and develop team members to promote autonomy, accountability, and skill growth.
  • You encourage a proactive, solutions-oriented approach in daily management and seizing business opportunities.
  • You ensure rigorous management of resources, equipment, and facilities to support operational efficiency and workplace safety.
  • You work closely with internal partners to ensure smooth operations, manage inventories, and uphold organizational standards.

We need you to

  • Have 1 to 3 years of experience in business management (staff, productivity, customer service, procurement, sales)
  • Demonstrate positive leadership and a constructive attitude that fosters engagement and well-being at work
  • Possess strong management and communication skills to influence and mobilize effectively
  • Show good analytical skills and the ability to diagnose operational issues
  • Be recognized for your ability to unify teams through your human and rallying leadership
  • Master computer tools and the Microsoft Office suite
  • Have knowledge in the field of tires (retail and wholesale), mechanical work, or accessories (an asset)
