Léveillé Carbur is looking for the best Team Leader – Customer Experience (BDC). Basically, you’ll have the “C” for captain on your team shirt in our BDC. What is our BDC? It’s our business center specialized in managing and tracking our really much-loved clients!

You will be responsible for ensuring that all our clients and guests receive high-quality service from our agents. And yes… you will also have the chance to get hands-on and make a real difference for our clients by directly responding to their web and phone inquiries! That’s cool!

We are therefore looking for a dynamic, hardworking person who genuinely cares about clients, and who will help us move to the next level! And you, are you also ready to go to the next level?

Here’s what you’ll do (it’s pretty simple, but you’ll see that no two days are the same!):

• Ensure that our BDC runs like a well-oiled machine (and, you’re the one at the wheel!); • Push the team to achieve (and even surpass!) the company's objectives; • Use your magic to effectively respond to our clients’ online and phone inquiries; • Coach your teammates so they give their 110% and have fun doing it! (That’s also what having the “C” on your shirt means!); • Keep an eye on performance dashboards (KPIs) and play superhero to correct course if needed; • Lead team meetings that inspire everyone to get up in the morning; • Set individual goals that motivate each person to excel; • Assess performance with the BDC director (and give well-deserved pats on the back!); • Train our newcomers so they become customer service stars; • Plan tasks and breaks to keep everyone in “good mood” mode; • Collaborate with our dealerships like a pro; • Participate in hiring future team stars with our BDC director; • Find innovative ways to work smarter (and impress everyone!); • Create a team atmosphere where everyone wants to come to work; • Turn dissatisfied clients into fans thanks to your talent as a customer service magician.

You are probably the person we’re looking for:

• You have a charm that melts everyone (even the grumpiest clients). • You’re a team spirit pro and a natural leader who inspires effortlessly, even in tough moments. • Stress? You handle it like a ninja (pressure, what pressure?); • Your positive attitude is contagious (even on a rainy Monday morning!); • Your parents and grandparents think you’re pretty good with electronic tools (good command of computer skills); • Your professionalism is unshakeable, but you also have a touch of empathy that makes a difference. • You are autonomous and still autonomous. • You have advanced French (spoken and written) and you’re also proficient in English (spoken and written) — you don’t need to know who Shakespeare is! • You’re an excellent communicator and a great team player who knows how to bring out the best in teammates; • You already have experience in sales and/or the automotive industry (very good assets!); • You are available evenings and Saturdays (we already love you!).
