Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service Agent to join Repentigny Chevrolet Buick GMC Corvette, a member of Tremblay Auto Group. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, both in-store and over the phone, to provide an exceptional customer experience and foster loyalty. You will work in collaboration with the sales and service teams to ensure smooth and professional service.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and answer their questions courteously and professionally
- Identify customer needs and direct them to the appropriate service (service, parts, finance)
- Schedule and coordinate service appointments, follow up, and keep customers informed
- Prepare and transmit estimates and relevant information to the team
- Manage phone calls and electronic communications efficiently
- Keep customer records up to date and ensure satisfaction follow-up
- Collaborate with internal teams to quickly resolve issues and improve the customer experience
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service; experience in the automotive industry is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service orientation and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and prioritize tasks
- Bilingual (French and English) is a plus; otherwise, proficiency in French
- Availability to work according to business hours
