As a customer service representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, playing a crucial role in customer satisfaction and loyalty. Your main responsibilities will include:

To succeed in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

- A minimum of one year of experience in a customer service role, ideally in the automotive sector.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in French. Proficiency in English is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
