For over 25 years, Rive Sud Chrysler has been a close-knit team of about sixty people who share one thing in common: taking care of our customers as we take care of each other. Our after-sales service department is looking for its next key person to be the first smile our customers see and the reassuring voice they hear on the phone.
Your daily routine with us
- Scheduling appointments and answering calls with your contagious good humor.
- Acting as the link between customers, technical advisors, and the workshop so everything runs smoothly (no pun intended!).
- Making follow-up calls after visits to ensure everyone leaves satisfied.
- Coordinating loaner vehicles and shuttle service.
- Helping the team when things get busy. Here, we never say "it's not my job."
What we’re looking for in you
- A genuine passion for customer service (experience is an asset, attitude is essential).
- Charisma, listening skills, and a good sense of humor.
- Good ability to remain calm when the phone rings and the counter is busy.
- Impeccable French; functional English is a big plus on the South Shore.
- Comfortable with computers. No need to know cars, we will teach you!
