HGregoire Toyota Brossard is currently looking for a delivery coordinator to assist our customers in the final steps before handing over their vehicle. If you are organized, professional, and enjoy providing a positive customer experience, this position could be for you!

Responsibilities
- Meet with the customer to complete the final documents required for vehicle delivery;
- Prepare, verify, and organize customer files according to established directives and procedures;
- Ensure that all documents are present in the file;
- Explain the presented documents and ensure the customer’s understanding;
- Respond to various customer inquiries professionally and courteously;
- Conduct rigorous follow-up on customer files;
- Offer exemplary customer service.
Profile
- Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written), at an intermediate to advanced level, to serve both French-speaking and monolingual English-speaking customers, as well as due to the significant monolingual English-speaking clientele we have;
- Experience as a delivery clerk at an auto dealership;
- Excellent stress and priority management;
- Excellent customer service skills;
- Charisma and a professional attitude;
- Ability to work as a team;
- Autonomy, rigor, and attention to detail;
- Comfortable with different computer systems.
