Job Description
- Organize vehicle deliveries to customers on-site, coordinating with sales and financing teams.
- Finalize and have customers sign documentation during delivery (contracts, warranties, technical sheets, etc.).
- Explain vehicles and their technologies to customers, adapting the level of information according to their needs.
- Conduct virtual Hyundai Canada deliveries when required, ensuring a clear and efficient customer experience.
- Manage the delivery process of sold vehicles from start to finish, ensuring deadlines are met and customer satisfaction is achieved.
- Ensure knowledge transfer regarding vehicle functions and after-sales services.
Profile
- Required experience: a minimum of 1 year in a role related to delivery, customer service, or automotive sales.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Organization, rigor, and ability to manage multiple deliveries simultaneously.
- Good proficiency with computer tools and procedures for vehicle delivery and financing.
- Ability to clearly explain vehicle technologies and features; pedagogical skills and enthusiasm for customer interaction.
- Bilingual in French/English would be an asset.
