Job Description As a Sales Advisor for new Hyundai vehicles, you are part of our dynamic team and embody exceptional customer service. You guide clients throughout the purchase process, highlight the Hyundai range, and ensure a smooth, transparent, and personalized experience from welcoming to vehicle delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet customers and assess their needs to propose tailored solutions.
- Present and compare different Hyundai models, their features and options, and conduct demonstrations and test drives.
- Prepare financing proposals in collaboration with the Financing Department and present options to clients.
- Identify additional sales opportunities and close transactions while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Update and track prospects and clients in the CRM, provide post-sale follow-up, and build customer loyalty.
- Work closely with the service and parts teams to optimize the customer experience and responsiveness.
- Follow internal procedures, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
Profile
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, ideally in the automotive industry. Experience with Hyundai is a significant asset.
- Excellent communication skills, active listening, and customer service orientation.
- Results-driven sales mindset, proactive, with the ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
- Strong team spirit, diplomacy, and capacity to operate in a dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of financing programs and leasing options is a plus; bilingual (French/English) is advantageous.
- Valid driver’s license; availability to work according to store needs (flexible hours).

- In-depth knowledge of Hyundai products and current promotions.
- Ability to clearly explain the advantages of Hyundai new vehicles and respond to customer objections.
- Analytical thinking to evaluate the most suitable financing solutions for each client.
