We are seeking an energetic, customer-focused, entry-level Delivery Coordinator to join Decarie Motors Jaguar Land Rover in Montréal. The Delivery Coordinator supports our Sales, Service, and Finance teams by coordinating vehicle deliveries with precision and care, ensuring every arrival meets the high standards our brand represents.
What you’ll do Delivery Specialist – Role & Responsibilities Decarie Motors
Primary Objective Ensure every customer receives a professional, seamless, and memorable delivery experience while maintaining dealership process standards and supporting customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities
-Coordinate and schedule all vehicle deliveries with sales representatives -Prepare delivery vehicles and ensure all accessories are in the vehicle prior to delivery -Review vehicle features, technology, and setup with customers during delivery -Assist customers with phone pairing, app setup, connected services, and vehicle personalization -Ensure all vehicles are properly cleaned, fueled/charged, and delivery-ready -Conduct final quality checks prior to delivery -Follow up with customers after delivery to ensure satisfaction and answer any questions -Maintain strong product knowledge on all Jaguar Land Rover models and features -Assist with dealership events, showroom organization, and vehicle merchandising when required
- Support sales staff with delivery logistics and inventory coordination -Ensure CRM notes and delivery records are updated accurately
- Help create a premium luxury ownership experience consistent with the Decarie Motors brand
Who we’re looking for

- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary studies are an asset
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual (French and English) is highly valued in Montréal
- Proficiency with MS Office; experience with CRM (One-Eighty) or dealership software is a plus
- Customer-service oriented with a professional, friendly demeanor
- Valid driver's license and a safe driving record
- Ability to lift and move light items and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to privacy and careful handling of confidential information
