St-Constant Kia, located in Saint-Constant, Quebec, is seeking a Delivery Coordinator passionate about automobiles and customer service to oversee the complete management of vehicle deliveries sold. You will participate in providing an exceptional customer experience, from handover of the keys to detailed explanations of vehicle functions.
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire process of delivering sold vehicles, from preparation to customer handover.
- Coordinate delivery schedules and ensure that all required documentation is properly signed.
- Prepare and explain the vehicle's features, functions, warranties, and maintenance instructions to the customer.
- Verify the conformity of documents (contracts, warranties, insurance) and ensure impeccable traceability.
- Collaborate with the sales team, after-sales service, and the workshop to ensure a smooth and error-free delivery.
- Answer customers' questions during delivery and provide quality after-sales service to enhance their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Participate in improving delivery processes to optimize operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role (delivery, logistics coordination, customer service in the automotive sector).
- English is an asset; ability to communicate with English-speaking customers is preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a strong sense of customer service.
- Organization, time management, and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Team spirit and ability to work in a dynamic, customer-oriented environment.
