Léveillé Chevrolet Buick GMC, powered by Léveillé Auto, is currently looking for a Vehicle Delivery Coordinator (full-time, Monday to Friday) to join its fantastic team. Basically, you will help us prepare sales files, suggest and sell accessories that make a difference, and deliver vehicles to our new customers… it’s the most exciting part!
We want someone hardworking, professional, positive, and who thrives on customer service. Are you ready to take the next step with us?
Here’s what you will do (you’ll see that each day is never the same!)
• Greet the client on delivery day with a smile and deliver their vehicle in the best conditions; • Showcase, suggest, and sell accessories and additional products that will make the experience even better; • Carefully prepare each file so that everything is clear and ready to sign; • Present the vehicle enthusiastically: explain interior and exterior options, demonstrate how everything works; • Accompany the client during the signing of sales documents, in a clear and professional manner; • Set up the vehicle’s systems for the client (Bluetooth, Apple CarPlay, GPS, etc.) so they leave confident; • Calmly and promptly manage any questions or dissatisfaction from the customer, and immediately alert the salesperson or manager if needed.
You are probably the person we are looking for if
• You have a valid driver’s license (starting easy!); • You are passionate about customer service – it’s in your DNA!; • You have experience in a similar position (sales, loyalty, or customer relations) and in the automotive industry (a big plus!); • Your communication skills (oral and written) are excellent; • Your organizational skills allow you to juggle tasks like a pro; • You have negotiation skills and numbers hold no secrets for you; • Teamwork is also one of your strengths; • You are positive, cheerful, and dynamic – even on rainy Mondays!; • Your English is more than “yes, no, toaster”. It’s a big asset to serve our customers and guests from everywhere;
