Job Description
We are seeking a Finance Services Director to lead our team dedicated to the sale of insurance, loans, and automotive warranties at Subaru Métropolitain, a member of Tremblay Auto Group.
Your mission Lead, develop, and optimize the finance services department to offer our customers clear and tailored options while ensuring profitability and operational compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement the commercial strategy of the finance services department, in collaboration with the sales and service teams.
- Supervise, train, and coach financial services advisors; foster their professional development and achievement of objectives.
- Ensure a transparent and ethical customer experience when presenting financial products (auto insurance, loans, and warranties).
- Oversee the product selection process, credit approval, and insurance management, while adhering to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze department performance, prepare reports, and propose improvements.
- Work closely with other departments to optimize customer journeys and processing times.
Profile
- Minimum of one year of experience in selling financial products or insurance.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to explain complex information simply.
- Demonstrated leadership and ability to motivate, coach, and develop a team.
- Customer-oriented, analytical mindset, and ability to work towards goals.
- Understanding of the automotive sector and customers' financial needs is an asset.
- Relevant degree in management, finance, business, or related field; equivalent training and experience accepted.
- Proficiency in French; English is an asset.
