Job description
We are looking for a Director of Financial Services with one year of relevant experience in auto financing and selling insurance products.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee credit processes: application analysis, approval, structuring offers, compliance, and file management.
- Set and achieve financing and insurance sales goals, while ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with financial institutions and insurance companies.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Service departments to optimize the offering and maximize customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- At least one year of experience in auto financing and selling insurance products.
- In-depth knowledge of auto financing products and auto insurance policies, as well as legal requirements and best practices in Quebec.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills; leadership and ability to motivate a team.
- Analytical mindset, organizational skills, and results-oriented; ability to work in a dynamic environment.
- Fluent French; English is an asset.
