Genesis Saint-Laurent is seeking a Finance Services Director to lead and develop our automotive insurance, loans, and warranty sales. You will join a dedicated team and contribute to delivering a high-end customer experience while ensuring profitability, compliance, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for automotive insurance, loans, and warranties, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer satisfaction.
- Know how to build your client portfolio from A to Z and be fully autonomous.
- Define and implement appropriate sales strategies for the automotive sector and our clientele, promoting simple, transparent, and personalized solutions.
- Train, supervise, and develop the skills of financial services advisors to ensure high-level service and sustained sales growth.
- Negotiate and maintain strong partnerships with insurers and lenders to offer competitive products tailored to customer needs.
- Ensure compliance with rules and procedures regarding regulations, consumer protection, and confidentiality of information.
- Analyze financial and operational performance, prepare reports, and propose corrective actions to achieve objectives.
- Provide a smooth and professional customer experience throughout the process, from vehicle discovery to transaction completion and after-sales service.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role or in selling automotive-related financial services (insurance, loans, and warranties).
- Relevant degree in finance, commerce, or business administration or equivalent experience.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of automotive insurance products, financing options, and warranties; familiarity with Quebec regulatory framework is desired.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, results-oriented environment with a strong sense of ethics and transparency.
- Fluent mastery of French; operational English is appreciated.
