Job Description

We are looking for a Truck Specialist / Commercial Customer Director to join the team at Montmorency Ford Lincoln, a leading Ford dealership in Brossard, on Montreal's South Shore. For over 50 years, we have placed service, honesty, and quality at the heart of our relationship with our clients.

Job Description:

  • You will be responsible for meeting the needs of commercial clients regarding transportation solutions and fleet management, with a focus on Ford trucks and our certified used vehicle offerings.
  • You will develop and manage your own network of prospects and professional partners.
  • You will follow up throughout the sales cycle, from identifying needs to proposal, negotiation, and delivery.
  • You will work closely with the Sales, After-Sales, and Parts teams to provide a smooth, high-quality customer experience.
  • You will contribute to achieving sales targets and customer loyalty by offering tailored solutions and attentive after-sales service.

Profile:

  • Excellent knowledge of trucks (technical specifications, capacities, configurations) and understanding of fleet-specific needs.
  • Ability to effectively respond to the needs of commercial clients and propose suitable solutions.
  • Ability to develop your own network and generate business opportunities.
  • Experience at Ford is an asset.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Autonomy, entrepreneurial spirit, and results-oriented.
  • Proficiency in French; English is an asset.
  • Skills in CRM and quoting tools; excellent mastery of MS Office tools.
