Role Overview
We seek a Growth & Performance Manager to accelerate measurable growth across PAG Direct's automotive group. This key role optimizes lead generation, digital performance, and customer lifecycle management, overseeing the funnel from traffic to sale. This position demands performance-driven ownership focused on accountability and tangible results.
Responsibilities
- Own and enhance all inbound lead channels and optimize funnel efficiency.
- Design targeted campaigns aligned with inventory and OEM programs.
- Manage website SEO and merchandising to increase inbound demand.
- Develop CRM-driven customer retention and loyalty strategies.
- Control budgets, vendors, and ensure compliance while tracking performance.
Ideal Candidate

Compensation
