Job Description
As part of the Groupe Tremblay Auto team, the Internet Sales Advisor supports customers who contact the dealership through digital channels. The ideal candidate can build a warm rapport remotely, understand customers’ needs, and follow up diligently to move each inquiry toward a dealership visit.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries received online, by email, and by phone.
- Identify customers’ needs and present vehicles that match their criteria.
- Provide accurate information about vehicles, options, and the next steps in the purchasing process.
- Follow up with prospects and record interactions and follow-up actions in the available management tools.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate next steps with the sales team.
- Maintain clear, personalized communication throughout the customer journey.
- Help deliver a welcoming and consistent buying experience, both at the dealership and remotely.
Qualifications
- At least one year of relevant sales experience, ideally in automotive sales or handling Internet inquiries.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A customer-service-oriented approach focused on listening and customer satisfaction.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple inquiries methodically.
- Self-motivated, professional, and diligent with follow-up.
