Job description
We are seeking a Lease Renewal Coordinator to join the Rive Sud Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating and closing sales related to lease renewals and financing, leveraging AI-generated opportunity lists. You will have the opportunity to sell directly to our existing customer base without needing to build an existing book of clients, while ensuring rigorous organization of your work.
Key responsibilities
- Generate, qualify and convert lease renewal and financing opportunities from AI-generated lists.
- Contact customers, present renewal options and propose tailored solutions to close transactions.
- Manage and optimize a CRM opportunity funnel, ensure follow-up and coordinate with internal departments (contracts, financing, back-office).
- Meet renewal and revenue targets while maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Plan and organize daily activities, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize campaigns and communications directed at loyal customers.
Requirements
- Minimum experience: 1 year in automotive sales, renewals, financing or sales-oriented customer service.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills in French; English is an advantage.
- Ability to manage a high volume of opportunities and work autonomously while staying organized.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and office tools; familiarity with AI technologies and lead lists is preferred.
- Team spirit, customer orientation and service mindset, with a proactive attitude and resilience.
