Job description
Lallier Honda 40-640, located in Terrebonne, Quebec, is seeking a Lease Renewal Director to strengthen our financing and customer service team. You will play a key role in building customer loyalty and optimizing the lease portfolio, to maintain our leading position in the automotive sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate the entire lease renewal process for vehicles in the network.
- Manage the lease lifecycle: tracking expirations, renewal proposals, terms, and negotiations.
- Collaborate with Sales and Financing teams to ensure competitive and profitable offers.
- Analyze portfolio data (renewal rate, residual value, costs, churn) and prepare monthly reports and recommendations.
- Develop and implement renewal optimization strategies (proactive communication, service offers, loyalty programs).
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and local legal requirements (Quebec) and industry standards.
- Oversee or coordinate activities of teams involved in renewal and customer service, as needed.
- Maintain exceptional client relationships, resolve issues, and ensure a positive renewal experience.
Profile sought and qualifications
- A minimum of one (1) year of experience in contract renewal, lease portfolio management, customer service, or sales, preferably in the automotive sector.
- Relevant degree in administration, business, finance, or an equivalent field; equivalent experience will be considered.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer relationship skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and analytical skills (Excel and operational reporting).
- Ability to work autonomously, prioritize and organize; team spirit and leadership.
- Bilingual (French/English) valued; knowledge of the lease legal framework in Quebec is an advantage.
