Responsibilities
- Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks including oil, tire rotations, transmission flushes, alignments, battery installations, and headlight/taillight installations, multi-point inspections, etc.
- Maintain a working knowledge of current industry best practices in automotive repair.
- Maintain Toyota University courses (up to date).
- Conduct diagnostic procedures to determine the sources of customers' problems and provide accurate repair recommendations.
- Conduct necessary repairs and take vehicles for test drives to verify soundness.
- Maintain legible and accurate paperwork for both the customer and for our records.
- Maintain a clean work environment.
- Ensure shared shop tools are maintained.
- Perform Pre-Delivery Inspections.
Requirements
- Must like wanting to work in a fast paced, fun environment that produces results.
- Able to stay organized and manage time effectively when working alone or collaboratively with a team.
- Enthusiastic, displays a positive attitude and is professional.
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Able to perform physically demanding work.
- Licensed Service Technician (310S).
