About the role
Deliver luxury-standard guest service at Genesis Downtown Toronto, using polished communication and automotive enthusiasm in an in-person setting. Every interaction supports a memorable Genesis welcome.
As a Genesis Concierge & Service BDC Coordinator, you will serve as the first contact for facility guests and potential customers. You will build rapport, answer questions, explain maintenance value, and provide accurate information about Genesis vehicles, services, and offers. You will also collaborate with the Ownership Service team to prepare engaged guests for appointments.
Responsibilities
- Provide warm, professional, personalized guest welcomes
- Anticipate needs and prioritize each guest experience
- Build rapport and deliver tailored concierge assistance
- Explain regular maintenance and Genesis service journeys
- Address concerns and escalate issues when necessary
- Use hospitality, automotive knowledge, and persuasive communication to strengthen guest trust and Genesis brand loyalty.
Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Luxury, call center, or automotive BDC experience preferred
