About the role
Lead new vehicle sales at Brian Jessel BMW in Vancouver, using automotive leadership and customer experience expertise to guide performance.
This full-time, permanent Sales Manager role leads the dealership’s new vehicle operation. You will oversee sales leadership, inventory management, digital retailing, customer satisfaction, and manufacturer objectives. The position also requires collaboration across Service, Parts, Finance, Marketing, and Administration.

Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, motivate, and develop sales consultants
- Monitor pipelines, CRM activity, and deal quality
- Optimize inventory mix, pricing, incentives, and merchandising
- Deliver premium luxury experiences from contact through delivery
- Prepare forecasts, KPI reports, and manufacturer reporting
Requirements
- Three to five or more years automotive sales management experience
- Proven leadership and profitability record
- Strong financial, analytical, negotiation, and coaching skills
- Experience with DMS, CRM, and Microsoft Office
- Valid British Columbia Class 5 driver’s license
