Job Title: Receptionist / Hostess Required Experience: 1 year

Joliette Ford Lincoln, a member of the St-Jean Group and proud to serve the Greater Joliette area for over 40 years, is seeking a Receptionist / Hostess to join its team. In a friendly and dynamic environment, you will contribute to providing an exceptional customer experience and ensuring the smooth operation of the reception.

Main Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers and prospects warmly upon arrival.
  • Manage the telephone switchboard and call screening, direct callers to the appropriate services.
  • Take and relay messages, schedule and coordinate appointments.
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area; handle mail and documents.
  • Coordinate with technicians and various departments to ensure the flow of information.
  • Represent the company's image with professionalism, discretion, and a sense of service.
  • Provide light administrative support as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with procedures and confidentiality of customer information.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role (reception, customer service, switchboard).
  • Excellent communication skills in French; English is an asset.
  • Well-groomed appearance and professional demeanor.
  • Proficiency in computer tools (MS Office, email, appointment management systems).
  • Ability to work as a team, adaptability, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage stress and prioritize tasks.
  • Availability for summer hours and interest in a long-term position.
