Job Description
Mercedes-Benz Montreal East, located in Montreal, is seeking a Receptionist / Hostess for a daytime position (possibly some evenings) to provide an impeccable customer experience from the first contact and to ensure the smooth operation of the reception role within our showroom.
Your role
- Warmly welcome visitors and clients and create a professional and friendly atmosphere
- Manage telephone reception: answer, filter, and redirect calls to the appropriate contacts
- Guide clients to the relevant departments and ensure the necessary follow-up
- Maintain a clean, organized, and comfortable reception area for visitors
- Perform basic administrative tasks: mail management, filing, data entry, and general administrative support
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of client information
What we are looking for
- Minimum of one year of experience in a reception, customer service, or client-facing role
- Excellent communication skills in French; English is an asset
- Professional appearance, service-oriented attitude, and customer-focused mindset
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize, and stay calm during high activity periods
- Team spirit, reliability, and discretion
- Flexible hours and adaptability to meet the showroom's needs
