Job Description
Based in Notre-Dame-des-Prairies, Quebec, Villeneuve Honda Joliette, a dealership of the St-Jean Group, is seeking a motivated and professional Receptionist / Hostess to join its team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers and will contribute to providing an excellent customer experience in a dynamic and friendly automotive environment. Experience required: 1 year.
Main responsibilities
- Warmly welcome clients and visitors, ensuring a positive first impression upon their arrival.
- Manage phone calls and messages, respond to inquiries, and redirect requests to the relevant departments.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, optimize the planning organization, and maintain efficient management of waiting room flows.
- Perform light administrative tasks (mail, emails, filing, document reception) and ensure the smooth running of daily activities.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area that reflects the dealership’s image.
- Collaborate with sales and after-sales teams to ensure a smooth and coordinated customer experience.
- Use computer tools (Office Suite, CRM, and management software) to record customer data and facilitate internal communications.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of customer and company information.
Profile requested
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in reception, customer service, or a similar role, ideally in the automotive or tertiary sector.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, customer service orientation, and ability to create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Excellent communication in French; English is an asset.
- Proficiency in computing tools (MS Office; experience with CRM or customer management software is a plus).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, organizational skills, and endurance during busy days.
- Well-groomed appearance, punctuality, discretion, and team spirit.
- Proactivity, reliability, and willingness to learn in a growing environment.
