Job Description
Porsche West Island, a Porsche dealership serving Greater Montreal, is seeking a dynamic individual to fill the position of Receptionist / Hostess, with secretarial duties related to sales. Evening shift. A minimum of one year of experience required.
Job Description Integrated into a team dedicated to excellence in customer service, you will be the first point of contact for our visitors and clients and will play a key role in providing administrative support for sales activities.
Main Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome clients and visitors, direct them to the appropriate contacts, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
- Manage phone calls and emails, filter messages, and ensure rapid and professional follow-up.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and test drives (at home or in the showroom) in collaboration with the sales team; update schedules and ensure logistical coordination.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks: preparing customer files, entering data into the CRM, drafting and following up on quotes and contracts.
- Prepare and verify sales and financing documents; ensure compliance with procedures and accuracy of information.
- Maintain the image of the showroom and visitor spaces: vehicle presentation, marketing materials, and cleanliness of the premises.
- Follow up on post-sale customer inquiries and transmit relevant information to the concerned team; contribute to a smooth and personalized experience.
- Assist in organizing events and customer activities and provide logistical support during open house days or test drives.
- Respect confidentiality policies and safety standards.
Desired Profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role or in customer service/administration.
- Excellent communication skills in French; operational English an advantage.
- Proficiency in office tools (MS Office) and experience with a CRM system; knowledge of sales tools is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Neat appearance, discretion, and professionalism.
- Availability for evening hours; team spirit and customer service orientation.
