Role Summary
As a Field Technical Analyst, you will be the go-to expert for technical and KPI analysis for CSN Field Operations in Quebec and Eastern Canada. Reporting to the National Field Technical Manager, you will collaborate with Field Operations Managers and other Analysts to enhance licensee business operations through detailed industry expertise and system leveraging.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a technical and repair information contact point.
- Manage urgent cases, resolve issues, and mediate complex challenges.
- Conduct targeted audits to improve insurance KPI performance and profitability.
- Collaborate on shop operations to optimize use of the CSN system and facilitate training.
- Provide detailed monthly reports on case management, KPI performance, and recommendations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years experience in collision repair and estimating (Audatex & Mitchell).
- Experienced with OEM procedures and ongoing technical certification (EV Vehicle, ADAS, etc.).
- Proficient in GAA rules within Quebec.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
Work Environment
Fast-paced and complex with multiple priorities, remote work from home office, and required travel including overnight stays. Microsoft Office proficiency needed.
