CSN Collision repairs over 200,000 vehicles annually, operating 400+ centers across three countries since 2002. Join our team as a Field Technical Analyst to support our Field Operations Team in Quebec and Eastern Canada.
Position Summary
Serve as the key technical and KPI analysis contact, collaborating with national and field managers. Help licensees improve business operations by analyzing repair data and leveraging the CSN System.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical and repair-related analysis.
- Manage urgent case resolutions, negotiate, and escalate complex issues.
- Conduct audit estimates to support insurance KPI performance and profitability.
- Develop and monitor store action plans.
- Identify improvements for CSN Systems and assist with new shop onboarding.
- Report monthly on case management, KPI performance, and challenges.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in collision repair and estimating (Audatex & Mitchell).
- Expert in OEM procedures and ongoing technical certifications.
- Valid driver’s license and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Work Environment
Fast-paced, remote work requiring use of a personal vehicle. Travel needed for meetings, training, and events.
