Role Summary
As a Field Technical Analyst, you will be the go-to person for technical and KPI analysis supporting the CSN Field Operations Team in Quebec and Eastern Canada. Reporting to the National Field Technical Manager, you'll collaborate with various managers and analysts to enhance licensees' business operations by using the CSN System.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical analysis and repair information.
- Guide high urgency case management and negotiate resolutions.
- Conduct targeted audits to improve licensees' insurance KPI performance.
- Support shop operations by identifying opportunities to leverage CSN systems and assist with onboarding and training.
- Compile monthly reports highlighting case management progress and system enhancements.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years' experience in collision repair and estimating.
- Proficiency with Canadian estimating systems (Audatex & Mitchell).
- Technical training/certifications, including I-Car or OEM industry standards.
- Knowledge of GAA rules in Quebec and a valid driver’s license.
