CSN Collision repairs over 200,000 vehicles annually across 400+ centers in three countries, ensuring vehicles are restored to like-new condition.
Role Summary
As a Field Technical Analyst, you'll be the key contact for technical and KPI analysis for CSN's Quebec and Eastern Canada Field Operations, reporting to the National Field Technical Manager. You'll assist licensees in improving business operations by leveraging the CSN system.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical analysis and repair guidance.
- Resolve urgent and complex issues, mediate case resolutions.
- Conduct targeted estimate audits to enhance insurance KPI performance and profitability.
- Collaborate with management to optimize CSN system use and shop operations.
- Report performance metrics and provide actionable feedback.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in collision repair with estimating and OEM experience.
- Knowledge of Canadian estimating systems (Audatex & Mitchell) and OEM procedures.
- Ongoing industry technical certifications (I-Car, EV, ADAS, etc.).
- Proficient with GAA rules in Quebec.
- Valid driver’s license required.
Work Environment
Fast-paced, complex role requiring excellent judgment. Work remotely with occasional travel and overnight stays.
