CSN Collision repairs over 200,000 vehicles annually across 400+ centers in three countries, providing trusted, like-new vehicle repairs.
Role Summary
As a Field Technical Analyst, you will be a key technical and KPI contact for the Field Operations Team in Quebec & Eastern Canada, reporting to the National Field Technical Manager. You will support licensees by identifying business improvement opportunities leveraging the CSN System.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical analysis and repair insights
- Manage urgent case resolutions and mediate complex issues
- Conduct targeted estimate audits and support KPI and profitability improvements
- Collaborate to optimize CSN System usage and implement training
- Report monthly on case management, store engagement, KPIs, and audit results
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in collision repair, estimating, and OEM procedures
- Knowledge of Audatex, Mitchell, and I-Car certifications
- Valid driver's license and proficient Microsoft Office skills
Work Environment
Fast-paced, home-office based with travel across Quebec, Eastern Canada, and Oakville, Ontario.
