Brossard Mitsubishi is currently looking for a Sales Advisor for new and used vehicles who wishes to grow in a dynamic environment where customer service, professionalism, and performance are valued. Your Role
As a Sales Advisor, you will guide customers through each step of their purchasing process by providing a personalized experience tailored to their needs.
What You Will Do
- Greet customers and establish a lasting trust relationship;
- Identify customers' needs and recommend vehicles best suited to their situation;
- Present the features, technologies, options, and benefits of the vehicles;
- Participate in managing the used vehicle inventory;
- Advertise and market the vehicles (photos, listings, web platforms);
- Explain available solutions to help guide customers in their decision-making;
- Prepare, complete, and diligently follow up on sales files;
- Maintain regular communication with clients before, during, and after delivery;

Education and Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, both in new and used vehicles;
- Training in automotive sales;
- Experience in automotive sales or customer service;
- Proficiency with computer tools, CRM systems, and sales management systems;
- Bilingualism (French and English);
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills;
- Strong motivation to achieve high objectives;
