Traveland RV is seeking an experienced, energetic, and motivated RV Sales Consultant to help grow the business by driving sales, building customer relationships, and leading a team to achievement.

Responsibilities
- Understand and implement dealership sales processes.
- Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities.
- Present and demonstrate inventory to prospects.
- Review, update, and manage daily inventory reports.
- Utilize CRM software to manage customer relationships.
- Work weekends as needed to maximize earning potential.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of dealership sales experience (RV industry strongly preferred; automotive considered).
- Passion for relationship building and customer satisfaction.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Professional appearance, integrity, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Punctual, dependable, and results-driven.
