Job Description Desjardins Chevrolet Cadillac Buick GMC Lévis, a multi-brand dealership based in Lévis, Quebec, is seeking a passionate and customer-oriented Sales Advisor to join its dynamic team. You will be the key point of contact for customers throughout the buying journey, from welcome to closing the sale and beyond.

Main Responsibilities

  • Welcome and qualify customers' needs to propose tailored and personalized solutions.
  • Present vehicles (features, benefits, comparisons) and conduct demonstrations and test drives.
  • Analyze customers' financial situation and guide them toward financing and insurance options, in compliance with internal policies.
  • Negotiate sale terms and close transactions while ensuring an impeccable customer experience.
  • Develop and manage a client portfolio, provide post-sale follow-up and foster loyalty.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with after-sales, parts and finance teams to ensure a smooth experience.
  • Keep customer information up to date in the CRM system and track prospects and marketing leads.
  • Stay informed about products, promotions and developments in the automotive market.

Qualifications required

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in the automotive sector or customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills, active listening and empathy.
  • Strong customer focus, ability to identify needs and propose relevant solutions.
  • Ability to negotiate and close sales while respecting company policies.
  • Fluent in French; English is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Availability for variable hours (evenings and weekends depending on operational needs).
  • Proficiency with computer tools and CRM software; knowledge of financing and insurance solutions is a plus.
  • Team spirit, dynamism and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
