Elite Ford St-Jérôme, a leading Ford dealership in Saint-Jérôme, Quebec and a member of Groupe Tremblay, is seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to join its dynamic team.

Job Description As a Sales Consultant, you will embody the customer experience and be on the front line to propose solutions that precisely meet our clients' needs, whether it is for new or used Ford vehicles. You will work in collaboration with the service and financing departments to ensure a smooth and satisfying buying experience, while contributing to achieving the team’s goals.

Responsibilities

  • Greet, listen to and qualify customers' needs in order to propose appropriate solutions.
  • Present and demonstrate Ford vehicles, highlighting the advantages, technologies, and current promotional offers.
  • Manage the entire sales process from A to Z: qualification of prospects, presentation, negotiation, closing and post-sale follow-up.
  • Develop and maintain a portfolio of clients, ensuring a high conversion rate and lasting loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the service, financing and claims teams to guarantee an exceptional customer experience.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets, while respecting the company’s policies and procedures.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of Ford products, manufacturer programs and promotions, and use CRM to track prospects and opportunities.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or customer service; experience in the automotive industry is a major asset.
  • Excellent communication skills, active listening and ability to establish trust quickly.
  • Results-oriented mindset, ability to negotiate professionally and close sales.
  • Teamwork, adaptability and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in French; knowledge of English is an asset.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and the office suite; valid driver’s license.
  • Customer service orientation, polished presentation and ability to work according to established processes.
