Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented F&I Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. You will guide customers through their financing and insurance options while ensuring a smooth purchasing experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Present financing and insurance options to customers clearly and professionally.
- Secure financing through approved lenders and negotiate terms.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Offer and explain extended warranties, insurance products, and other value-added services.
- Handle all financial documents accurately and efficiently.
- Work collaboratively with sales representatives to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar F&I role (preferred).
- Excellent understanding of financing, credit, and insurance processes.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to clearly explain complex financial products to customers.
